These terms apply when you buy from Fit Yangu online, on WhatsApp or in our Nairobi store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when we receive payment or confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Kenya shillings (KES). We accept M-Pesa, and card and bank payments where shown. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

Sizing

Our size recommendations compare the measurements you give us with each garment's measurements. Accurate measurements give the best results. Our measuring guide shows you how, or our store team can measure you.

Delivery, exchanges and returns

See our delivery and returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

Bespoke orders

Bespoke garments are made to your measurements and design. A deposit confirms your order, and the balance is due at collection. Your tailor confirms the price, timeline and fittings in writing at your consultation.
